My husband, daughter and I stayed there which was about 3 years ago. We didn't have any problems, staff were helpful, service good, entertainment was good. We all enjoyed it - it was on a hill, We used it as a base for Porta Ventura - which took us about half an hour to get to and the bus stop was round the corner from the hotel.
